Hello Everyone,

Alright so I have been seeing alot of good things in training and a couple of bad things in training.

1. I have been seeing too many people going AFK in training room, Please do not go AFK in training room!! Go BTB and fo to FTB if you are going to go AFK for awhile, if its just a couple seconds then fine but please do not let Idle kick in!

2. Training is NOT a section to hangout so you do not have to work in base, When you are in training room you should be training or doing something productive, if you aren't please BTB or you will be asked to go BTB.

3. There should be NO skipping of any of the training, I do not care if they say they know it all, go through it again refresh their minds, DO NOT just skip to tests please! 

4. If you are training 1 Recruit and there is another training session going on please Whisper to your recruit so other training are not disrupted!

5. A good thing I have see is people training One V. One in waiting area, We do sometimes have a increased number of recruits training and a limited number of training cubicles, SO some people have decided to sit in front of a recruit and whisper everything to them, this allows us to train more recruits at one time, well 2 times, and also quite possibly stop people from leaving because a training session takes too long
(Please explain to the recruit before hand why you will be training them there and ask them if they want to be trained then or wait for a session to be over, if they would like to be trained then please note to them this is not usual training, this is purely to keep the joining process moving not wasting any time time  )

1. Are you referring to Trainers AFKing or Recruits? 

2. I agree. I have come downstairs to see some members just sat there with no one to train. They claim they're waiting for new Recruits but I just sent them BTB anyway. They can see if there's a new recruit from FTB  

3. I too have seen some people skipping parts of the script and I have also been asked to do that as they claim that they already know everything and just wants to get to the test. 

People NEED to know how important training is, therefore our new Recruits need to know everything. There were a few instances when I've told some trainees to FTB and they did not know what this meant.

4. Agreed with this too. But ONLY if you're only training one Recruit.

5. So to clarify, we ARE allowed to do this? I was always a bit unsure.

5. Yes feel free to do this, just explain in the begging there are no training rooms so you will train them there, unless they want to wait for a training room, but explain that it could take a little while for the current session to be over. (Will edit this into original post)

There's a reason why sofas are in the Training room.  I have AFK'd there a few times.  Although most of the time I'm AFK in there I'm not actually AFK

It's not like anyone is AFKing in "Work Stations".

As far as I'm concerned it is considered a "hall"

I have had caught a few of them afk at work stations when i helped traf to supervise training

That's wrong, but that areas where you are not working I personally think are alright to AFK at.

Yes, AFK in the seats there is fine..but people who go AFK and never announce it or just go and are gone so long they are kicked from the room. An occasional AFK to go get something or do something quick fine just announce u will be AFK and not be too long where Idle kicks in if you can help it. I have seen too many people walk into training room, come sit down on a seat and immediately go AFK, which is just wrong.

Again has I stated, I will walk into the training room.  And idle right away.  My reason is because normally I'm watching how the people training are doing
