I have been seeing this alot lately, and honestly too much.

People have not been training recruits, they tell others to do it...Or they just sit at the directory send them to a room and just let them wait for a trainer or even better they sit on the sofa in the room and talk to someone else.

Im honestly very tired of it, If you come into training room be prepared to train, other wise do not go to training room.

And Secondly Do not let someone into the training room & not follow through with them! If you open the gate to training, close the gate then follow to training to make sure there is someone there to train them!

I totally agree with this.

The training room is one of the first places new Recruits get to see how we operate and if they have a bad and messy experience, it does not give out the image we are working hard to project.

Everyone who enters the training room with the intention of supervising should ensure all Recruits are being trained swiftly. If there are no trainers, you get up and train them yourself.

i strongly agree with both of you, and if someone in base lets recruit in then shouldn't the one that let down the recruit take responsibility and train him? Just my idea of the whole thing.

I agree with this as well however I may need to add that sometimes when members are transferring they may suddenly have to leave. This has happened to me before and I suggest in this case to find someone who is HR+ and ask they to show them round,train etc...
