So first, I got a report of a SP case. Then I went to check the SPer's badges and to my surprise I find :

So then I F&C'd dragonite and he claimed I was jealous just because he got into HR in only 4 days. He blamed the HRs for his over promotion. So later he got one of the HRs to back him up. We later moved on to the training room when the HR request to go there. I've asked dragonite how he got promoted so fast again. He said that every training he had a HR walked by the training room and gave him the promotion so when I asked him to give an example he gave EmpDude and told me he promoted him once while he was LA (Dragonite) in training room. So I went to ask EmpDude and I found :

When I went back to ask Dragonite his reply was :

So later, I asked Aleksander if he trained Dragonite from SR to security as dragonite said. And aleksander said He doesn't remember training any guy like that and doesn't think he did.. (Had a screenie but closed paint by mistake..) 
So, later I've contacted an iC : Traflagar___ and dragonite has been fired along with Diememory. 
And also later they both came up to me and I found this :
