Hey guys, Okay so it has come to my intention that certain people are getting promoting way too often and when I say this I mean it. Fair enough if the person works hard and is on daily for long periods of time for example, xmaddyx Only joined us a week ago and you may be thinking why she is now Room Control so fast, but that is because she works hard constantly always on the Help Desk and actually DOES the work instead of lazing in the bar area chatting and spamming the room with the unnecessary conversation. Whenever I am on she is usually on doing her proper jobs and usually been on for a long period of time.
Now I agree you are allowed breaks too mess around and have a chat but not room spamming with your chats. And now when people are getting promoted for simply messing around constantly and pretend AFK, sitting on the AFK area etc, it's not on. Especially when there are hard workers actually working to get promotions and not getting any. Iv'e had a fair few complaints about favoritism, and the fact that they aren't getting promoted. I then watch that person for a few days and see that they really don't get promoted for their hard work they do, but the others get promoted often for not doing anything except messing around hence the favoritism.
I want this to stop and if it doesn't warnings will be giving out to those over promoting and favoritism. Thank you.
Comment your opinions good or bad.

Yeah this is right. I saw a lot of employees who are a hard worker never get promoted or getting promotion 2 times in a week. Mostly promoter put the priority of 'favoritism' first. Is so really unfair for the people who work for one month more for their hard work but without getting any promotion. We should be fair for everyone.

I know xmaddyx is a hard worker , but its too fast for her to become room control , do u never think ppl work as 2month or long , there still in the same rank unit . Any HR+ supervising at the behind ... They been working hard , but no one noticed them ... Its really sad and unfair to them... This should be considered alot , ty

Yeah I do see that people are getting over promoted, most of them just FTB then when they go to supervise or FTF they get promoted after 5min at FTF,and they did not do much, also anothing I have noticed is people r prompting before the time limit for each rank,I saw once someone when to promote a standard rank when his online time was just 10min. I hope to see changes to this stuff

Yes, but that's also due to the fact of people not promoting often enough either... if people notice other people's hard work then they promote them. I know a fair few other people that's been promoted way too much i'm not going say names as it's not fair, but it's favoritism as they haven't even worked. xmaddyx aka Alice may of been promoted too fast but at least she was promoted fast for a reason and her hard work and not just messing around.

That's down the people not doing their jobs properly and not promoting... the lazy people get promoted often and the hard workers don't get promoted often.

Should bring this up to the set team and ask them to make this event but if we do may take up quite a number of HR+ but other than that I like the idea of a Promotion Boot Camp, Or we can have this like often as there will always be new people going into HR rank each day,so yeah may be difficult

I haven't been promoted in two days (just sayin not asking for a promotion) and I've been watching the same guy while doing my duties and hours the guy doesn't get promoted I felt sad for him but I couldn't promote him because he was 4 levels lower than me so I think the favoritism should stop

Favourtism is at EVERY company. Only thing we can really do is watch the "over-promoting" members and prevent where possible. Other than that, seriously not much option here.

Well if people start using the promotion log then we will know, i'm just saying... because iv'e had fair few complains about the over-promoting going on and quite frankly i'm sick of getting complaint after complaint about the same thing. The promotion log is there for a reason so it should be getting used.

Laura, i can see what you mean, but not every HR is of yet joined in the forums, so that's task number 1.

Exactly all it needs is for people to promote the Forums around, and also when new transfers come in inform them to sign up as I know some people don't do this.
