 Iv'e been aware from other members and sometimes myself that people have been promoted because of favoritism. This has also been happening with a little of RC To Moderator promotions, and I will not list names. Lol, Want to know why agencies, especially <F.B.I> Members transfer, favoritism having unfair promotions. I would appreciate if this stops, this is how some agencies members transfer and quit.

Agreed. This is a serious issue. All promotions should be based purely on merit - one's relationship with the person should not be a factor.
