As some of you may or may not be aware, the alliance with NOPD is pending. This means we may refuse to transfer them as well. But Rick will have to decide.

NOPD is part of the United Nations -organisation. Which goes against our terms, because of what UN represents (please, take a look at United Nations topic). NOPD will deliver their decision, either to leave UN or cut the alliance with us, to next foundation meeting, which is in a week. Whatever their decision is, it will be respected but terms are clear.
And we still do transfer people from NOPD, whether they were our allies or not.
