Open Position:

Graphic's Designer!

Hiya , all !

The Graphics Team is responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The forum and the website are very important for us. We are involved with the graphical aspects of a website or forum - how it looks.

A graphic designer should:

- have creativity & immagination

- be adaptable & able to pick up new techniques

- have skills in programming and graphics

- originality

- flexibility

- the abillity to pay attention to detail

- strong computer skills

The time has come to pick some new members!

Requirements:

- Experienced in cropping,transparency & adding images to other image
- Abillity to make logo's
- Abillity to make icon's

- Abillity to make full backgrounds & banners for the website

- Abillity how to use the softwares ( e.g. Photoscape,GIMP,etc)

- And others.

Umm, actually i don't know how to use GIMP, Inkscape , Photoscape. For now Im using Photoshop Somehow.

What are you good at?

Why do you think you should be in Graphics Team?: I believe my work so far is enough to be a member on the team

What are you good at?: well what relates to this being creative and coming up with different ideas for banners that relate to Secret Service.

Why are you applying for Graphics Team?:

I and writing this application to join the Graphics team because I enjoy creating banners/signatures for websites and communities.

What programms are you using?:

The program I currently use is Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0 which is outdated but it gets the job done really well.

Why do you think you should be in Graphics Team?:

I think that I should be park of the graphics team because I have never done anything else other than the usual HQ work here at the <SS> Secret Service. Now, I want to do something more than that and use the skills that I have gained from other communities that I have been a part of, the Photoshop work I have done at school and just playing around with the program.

What are you good at?:

What I am good at is creating banners/signatures and also Avatars. I have never actually mate any icons before but I do not thing that is a problem as I can figure out how to do it quite quickly.

Why are you applying for Graphics Team?:

Well I want a career in IT and Graphics and Design so being in the Graphics Team would really help me get good at Graphics. Also I want to be in an EU and I though Graphics would be perfect for me

What programs are you using?:

I mainly use Adobe Photoshop at home but I use Adobe Fireworks for logos and Adobe Flash for animations at school.

Why do you think you should be in Graphics Team?:

Well I am very creative with ideas and I am pretty good at using Photoshop

What are you good at?:

I am good at Photoshop (^), editing photos and I have made a few films of me skiing and burned them onto a CD before, so I guess I'm good at that too

Why are you applying for graphics team:
To help to improve/design versions in each seasons/yearly events.
I'm basically very inclined in illustration, digital painting and editing advertorials.
In reality, I'm still a student studying in a diploma of motion graphics.
In addition, I would love to help to pitch concept ideas together with the Graphics Design team.

What programs/softwares are you using?:
I'm using most of Adobe Softwares like Photoshop and Illustrator, nothing else more.

Why do you think you should be in Graphics Team?:
Simple reason, I love to design and revamp the outlook.

What are you good at?:
Mainly collages that looks like some advertorial prints. Ramona has seen my personal works instead of my Habbo works. She knows. - But if you want to see, please PM me directly on Skype. Wink

Why are you applying for graphics team:
I love designing stuffs for people, in this case, graphics.
I'm applying for this position as I think this is the only unit/department
where I can use skills that I've learnt for the past few years in graphic design and

creative studies.

What programs/softwares are you using?:
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are my handy weapons.

Why do you think you should be in Graphics Team?:
I have the knowledge, skills and the dire need of designing,
thus, the reason why I should be in the team.

What are you good at?:
I have an eye for good design and photography.
I know how to find my own way to solve a certain problem,
especially tech related stuff.
