Ranks List: Two General Directors?

I'm not sure if anybody has noticed this or not. but a Top Management worker informed me that a High Rank had the same motto as him, which made me go to check the Ranks list to find this.
A "General Director" Motto is under High Rank and Top Management!
Now, I'm not sure if this is intentional or just a mistake but if it is a mistake, Which one is the Real General Director?

you can tell in what unit he is by the badge he's carrying, it's not that hard Laughing

Which is understandable Mr Dylan. But I believe he was trying to verify if management noticed the same ranks in the different divisions. Although you can check their badges, you should want to avoid confusions like that Wink
