Yeah i have noticed that as Being a Problem to. Everytime a LR comes to me I Always Let Them Have MY FTF Spot And Everyone SHould

I agree that this is becoming a problem, But then again; i've been hearing from many HR's that after they got to high ranks, they're not able to do the jobs that they were previously able to do like being able to work in the front desks or security. I also agree that the lower ranks should be given first priority...

I guess a solution to this problem is for the HR's to build up a mentality that if they are planning on working there, they should be there for a limited amount of time before moving on in order to allow the ranks below them to work.

I agree with what you do, however.

Archie has a point about HR+ not being able to do FTF anymore etc.

This was bound to happen as the company expanded and more and more LR's need things to do:drunken:

Whenever I FTF, it's usually when the HQ is dead and no one else is filling that desk. I think that if promos were issued more often to people who were supervising/filling the safety/promoting/training, people wouldn't mind about not being able to FTF.

I try to do that sometimes to, but a lot of times I try to find people who aren't doing anything first.

Well , those decisions HR+ should always make.
They should be going around Supervising Base.
