For the Australians. Paytime is at 2-3AM I was told, is there anything you can do about this?

No the pay time is set to 10 AM EST for a reason I think.

I'm not sure how the payment badge would work though, because the entire thing needs to be cleared out BEFORE we can start over again (If I remember correctly).

I think that the pay badge is not only used for paying but also to recognise another user's activness in the base.
For example, badge admins will keep an eye on a particular habbo or a group to select who deserves the rights to keep not until the pay day but until he/she loses activeness and will try again to reagain the status of choice of pay as stated in the badge. This will give badge admin another job I suppose but I suppose this will be fun along with many other.
And this idea should only be opened to HR+.

I have an idea about <SS> Payment Badge <SS>

This badge should only give to the members who were active on base maximum days.....
but if anyone got their payment badge but still inactive on base all 6 days leaving payday
His/Her badge should be reset...
