- Payday will be still be done in base. (1st,2nd, Pennant room)
- Those without the badge will be given promotion in HQ in a Promo line
- Exchange membership of the badge for, 3-7coins, 2x promotions for BoD and below
- Badges are cleared after each payday. (Members will be kicked except admins)
- No begging of the badge.
- No reserves (Holding it for next week)
- This badge was made as preventive measure against those who made clones to get double pay.
- PAs are not allowed in the badge as their bosses are responsible for their pays. (Refer to PA Policy)

I think next week's pay day is going to be almost like a "test run" to see how well it goes!  If you work hard you may get the badge!

Nope. If a worker is consistent and deserving, SS would gladly pay them. But if Rick decides to put a cap then it shall be done. But as long as the admins choose wisely and review each person in the badge, there wouldnt be a problem.

 The pay room can only hold 50 people, max population.
The pay badge was also supposed to minimize the use of coins spent.

I don't quite understand how this will work?
I get that it will be given to people who actually work and deserve pay, but how will this be done? Will people be going around the base telling others to request the badge once they've proven they work hard?
If that's the case, I think it's a smart idea!
Although if there is a 50 person cap...not so sure I agree with that.

 The badge is free for all to request but it's up to the admins to review properly before accepting it. I know there is a 100 limit cap of membership request but we will reject instantly those who are not active and seen in base. 1 week to decide. 50 person cap is the room limit, not the badge cap. Hope I made it clear for you.

I'm not taking part to the conversation because I didn't read the answers so.. just getting right to my point.

In order to remain the population, pay will still be given in the base. BUT people who wants to receive coins or furni, must wear the payment badge. If you don't have the badge, you have to take the promotion. 

This is best way to avoid people who uses alternative accounts to receive double amount of the pay.

This is a brilliant idea. It gives people another thing to aim for and ensures those who work the hardest get the best reward.
