Another element I would like to suggest about the <SS> Base is to have more front desks than the current amount of six. I do realize that this would be quite difficult as there is little/no space of change being made but knowing the <SS>, anything can happen

Reason: At around 3:30PM (AEST) today, we had a large influx of standard rank members enter our base, to a point where it became over half of the room population (24 at a population of 41) and it was simply difficult to handle. Keeping the hallways clear was a herculean task as LR's resistantly returned from the back, asking those at the front to swap with them. That's fair enough, but this was happening every minute as they asked the same person over and over again. And to add to this, there were over two standard ranks, asking at the same desk. Even after multiple times of asking them politely to FTB and to wait paitently, they kept coming back. It was rather annoying.

So yes, that is my suggestion, I please hope it is considered and I thank you for taking your time to read my escapade today. Peace !

This has been brought up multiple times.

And there is seriously no way to do this unless we remodel ALL of base!

we have 2 base.. so, i don't think we need.

If there are too many LRs wanting a desk then yeah as Reaz says, 2nd base is open. Just let them know that they can work in that base too.

What do you guys think about having a rotation system? Like say everyone at FTF has to swap every 10-15 minutes? We could have someone in charge of telling people to swap? Or is this too much of a hassle? I mean, I'm only talking about days when there are too many LRs that can't find a desk, this won't be an everyday occurrence.

There is only one problem to this statement.

Main Base comes first!

Rick want to be sure that Main base is mainly all completely full before carrying on to Second base.

We need to keep our population up in Main base to keep second .

Stef is right. We can't move to second base just because someone wants to work. Main base comes first.

Agreed that we need more desk and we need to re-model the base so *thinks* hard decision
