As of right now, we have 3 meetings scheduled for 10 AM Tomorrow. REALLY? Coordinate you meetings. Either reschedule or something, because no meeting is going to have more than 5 attendance.

There is a mod meeting, but some people were advertising it as HR+....................... how did they get to thinking that it was HR+? Then there is AT. The other one has been rescheduled..... but still. Schedule your meetings.... I personally think all meetings should be on saturdays, it boosts meeting pop, just my opinion. But we cant have overlapping meetings. Next week there may be a HR+ meeting and a AD meeting (examples) and half of Senior Staff wont be able to attend the HR+ meeting, and half wouldnt attend the AD meeting. This is theoretical but what if it did occur.... Im going to bring this up in Dev.

Adam, the AD plans meeting's with over 2 weeks notice, therefore we cannot reschedule. It would cause too much confusion..

Ik. But meeting times should not overlap. People keep complaining about low meeting attendance, this is one cause. All meetings should be planned a week in advance to avoid any overlapping. if there is, roll a dice or something to see who can move the meeting.......... and that was theoretical, as stated in my previous comment.... so pls make sure to read carefully. and the meetings been changed like 4 times now so it is already confusing to people. From now on, meeting times shall not overlap. there should be a 1 hour between starts. Example: Mod+ meeting starts at 10 am, SMT should not start til at lease 11. I mean seriously? Its common sense.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused,sir. But I've made sure that none of AT members are involved with the other meetings and there was an hour in between MoDs and AT meeting. I'll start planning it a week in advance. Thank you for the advise (:
