OK.
Because it's halloween, we can somehow stretch the rules. 27.10 - 31.10 effects are allowed at bar and vip area also security and special visitor groupgates will be switched to main badge groupgates, so standards can enter to the bar/VIP too and take part to the fun. We are decent agency, therefore effects wont be seen outside of the bar. Thanks.
