Over the last few days, i have had to fix people's uniform as it breaches the Master policy.
It's getting quite frustrating.

I will lay a ground rule down NOW for every rank.

Masks MAY NOT be worn unless a Founder posts on the forum otherwise. If you are found wearing a mask without permission, action will be taken.

P.s I will continue to keep the master policy in shape whether i get hate out of it or not.

-Chris

I agree... and maybe, also big hats covering the faces?
and ppl wearing shorts plus slippers as if they were in a beach.

Everyone must look professional since this is an "Agency" which you go to "work" Smile

Top hats etc are completely fine. Anything that covers half of the face, is not.

This is straight from the CoC

Breaking Dress Code (Section 1.3)
You will go through the Strike System (Section 3.2)

Important message- Myself and Edwy are getting tired of having to keep the CoC in shape  therefore it is MANDATORY for iC to help set the example and to keep the CoC in order.

I was going through the Code of Conduct, and thought I would bring this to everyone's Attention:

"Section 1.3: Dress Code [Part 1]

Recruit – Elite Squad Leader: Standard Ranks’ Uniform (HC/Non HC)

Security Division – Training Division: Division Ranks’ Uniform (HC/Non HC)

Legal Affairs Unit – Leadership Unit: FreeImportant notice. Arrow-10x10 Dressing (Professional Looking – Section 1.4)

Moderators – Foundation: FreeImportant notice. Arrow-10x10 Dressing (No Restrictions)"

As far as I'm concerned if Moderators-Foundation = Free Dress, then this means restrictions DO NOT apply to us!

Stef, it does not concern iC ranks, but we do have a serious influence over lower ranks. Therefore do you not agree it would be better not to encourage such behavior?

This also means we cannot encourage Lower ranks to follow what you do, because their dress code is different.

Okay guys, as I believe it's SET's decision when the Halloween starts in SS and when you can wear the costumes. Yes we know there are no restrictions on the MOD-Foundation for uniform as it states on the CoC. BUT we're encouraged to not wear stupid uniforms that make us look unprofessional for example I have saw Foundation go around before asking MOD to wear more appropriate looking uniform. I totally agree with the Halloween thing but that is SET's decision on when they allow us to wear costumes. I am also getting sick of people 'imitating' JoeTermiator' or whatever he's called, by wearing what he wears to troll. That's basically encouraging Joe to troll even more tbh.

I just want to say, I believe that your don't influence by the way you look but by how you act.  I mean to be completely honest telling people to "Piss off" or coming out with rude comments to people is a lot more influential then your appearance.

This is just my theory.  I always go to the CoC before ever doing something, and this is what I follow.  If foundation would like to change the CoC and say masks are "effects" then I personally think changes need to be made in order to enforce.

Oh and another thing.  If "setting an example" is done by appearance and actions.  I know Senior Staff is allowed to use colored chat.  But how is this influencing the lower ranks not to do it o_O.

Obliott wrote:Mattyyeahstar, if you are following the Code of Conduct, then everything will be just fine. If you are unsure, look for an iC in game to clarify further.

Thanks and hope I've answered your question. (:
thanks Wink
