Badge Request menu in Forum.. 

We've seeing sometime no badge admin are online in HQ. And when they (badge admins) are online promoter will go offline. People who need badges, they must need their promoter to sure about he is SP or not. 

After requested a badge, promoter can create a thread here about accept his / her badge soon.

I also hope this can help people in TU too.
