Recently I've noticed that many Security+ members of the Secret Service have self-promoted on a large scale. Many of them claim to have been promoted even without their badge accepted/verified.

For this reason, I would propose making the Promotion logs compulsory Security+. Although much more of a burden when promoting people, it would help to discourage those who think about self-promotion.

Not always possible, not every HR is signed up to the forum...

Or just have it that those who are promoted into Training HAVE to be accepted into the badge BEFORE they are next promoted. as Trainer 1c SHOULD have the trainers badge.

Some HR's clearly are promoting willy nilly.

If HR+ is promoting someone to Security/Training, they are suppose to train AS SOON as they promote. Not find someone else to do it for them . . . If all HR+ did this, admin wouldn't have a problem with accepting badges. As well it would be easier to catch SPers

Anyone HR+ that promotes to Security or Trainer MUST train them into the division. If any HR+ finds that there is an untrained Security member or Trainer, they are to take responsibility in training them.

Also, if anyone is caught Self Promoting, you are to follow the Demotion/Strikes policy on the website and take action on what you think is relevant to the Self Promoter.
