As I can see the promotion log is not being used by many, and over the past week I have been witnessing people promote then not logging it on the log. 
The promotion log is there for a reason so we can keep track of SP'ing and also linked to my other topic of over-promoting.
Please start using the promotion log, this doesn't include everyone as I can see there's a few people that keep track and log all of them but most people. Thanks.

I don't normally promote HR+ but I defiantly have it just in case

Yes. You don't need to register.  You just need to make a thread of yours in the promotion log

What Roxie meant to say was, yes. You will need to post your tag onto the forum area, and then start a thread in OOA+ promotion Logs

Is the promotion log the one with the tags in it??? Sorry to ask this but some things are just new to me

The promotion tags is a sub-section.
Just play around in that area

Where would the promotion log be then that seems like a very good reason to actually use it

Where is the promotion log?

It was basically removed, as no-body was using it.

I didnt use alot coz i didnt promote any Hr+ alot
