I don't know anyone notice it or not. 

1. People still getting favoritism promotion, i don't know how to stop it. 

2. It sounds funny........ But I noticed only HC Member getting promotion. People ignoring Non-HC officer. 


Anyone know, how to fix the problems?

Just promote, doesn't matter who it is, just do it o_O LMFAO

My fix it today has been every 2-3 hours I do a front desk & security promos, I made sure I only picked the ones i saw working & I also made sure they spent some time in base before I did this and made sure there was good time in between their promos. I did have the help from others too...This is just the way I'm helping to fix this, I don't play favorites!
