Hey guys, I'll get straight to the point.
First i'd like to mention, divisions.
As most of you have been HR trained, you will know that..
1. You CAN'T promote me your own division.
2. You can promote anyone that's 5 ranks or lower than you.
These are basic rules that you have to abide by.
Also, about PA'S.
ALL PA'S trainers, and security need to be trained after being promoted to the selected division by the promoter.
You CAN'T wait to train someone (if promoted to a division like security) you HAVE to do it straight away, If your busy then get someone else to do it.
Also, PA'S can only be selected from Standard Ranks, not security or more.
A reminder on the meeting rules:
You must be HR+ to receive the Meeting Room badge and attend meetings unless approved by a Co-Owner+
You may host a meeting if you are Leadership+ with approval and presence of a Co-Owner+ being your Co-Host.
You must be MoD+ to be the host of a meeting by-yourself.
There is a co-host and a host.
You must be silent at all times during the meeting unless you are permitted to speak by the host.
ALL meetings should be scheduled a week in advance.
Being unfair on others
Over the last few weeks, I've seen some people being unfair on others.
The rules ARE: You do NOT force someone into doing something.
You RESPECT everyone even if there lower ranks.
You DON'T demote someone just for making 1 mistake.
I hope this is clear and I don't want it happening again, as this is a serious matter for me.
Dedication and loyalty:
This has popped up quite a few times, Dedication and loyalty.
We expect everyone to be loyal to SS, And don't leave SS.
Dedication is a key issue, Unless filling out an LOA, You are expected to be dedicated unless a GOOD enough reason.
Always be loyal to SS whatever happens.
I'd like to thank most people for being dedicated, but some aren't.
Games (SET):
I have decided that we should do a Christmas event for everyone in SS
As i'm a SET member, I will discuss with all the other SET'S.
I think we should make more games in SS so i'm probably going to be making a christmas event.
You can also win a max of 50c on them games
Maybe even Costume Change, Fading mats, but with a christmas theme.
This is not going to be a title, but I think that SS Supervising at base and help desk should be TM+ as it's unfair for them, they can't do much.
EU (Exclusive Units) (Thanks to GuitarzFan for helping me with this)
EU is something we should have more of.
If your not already in an EU, Why not apply/join one?
EU'S are a great way to help SS, And sometimes can be very fun.
Good Exclusive Units I would suggest; SET, If you like planning parties etc. The advertising team.
The Transfer Unit, (I think this SHOULD be hiring soon.
TU (Transfer Unit)
I've seen alot of people do TU wrong lately, Remember you need to ALWAYS look at the TU page if your a TU.
When is TU hiring?
TU should be hiring very soon, Don't beg Twilight for an interview.. just earn it.
REMEMBER, You must be leadership+.
Hard workers badge!
Recently, I made a badge called "<SS> Hard workers" This badge is for hard workers, I will give iC'S admin and they pick some people. Also, I will be giving 10-20 credits to the winner in that badge of the month in about 3 days. I will be clearing the badge when i've gave the credits to someone in 3 days, so other people can get CHANCE TO JOIN. EARN IT WHILE YOU CAN.
Decorating the base:
IT'S NEARLY CHRISTMASSS!
I think we should decorate the SS base.
I think we should get some designers together and design the base into a christmas theme.
