I am sick and tired of having a select few of HR+ who only come on for like 10 minutes or so and whinge/complain about not being promoted "as often" (in their eyes) as their fellow colleagues.
AND
I am sick and tired of having Leadership+ ranks who work for more than 4-5 hours a day and not get recognized, and if one were to be promoted - the rest of that group (whom barely come online) seem to get hostile and start "bumping their gums"
Firstly, Promotions should ONLY be given to those who actually work and for more than just the "few minutes observation" as stipulated in the Master Policy. Promotions should also ONLY be given to HR+ WHEN they do their unique duties i.e. promoting the LR who should be the ones at the front desks in a timely and fair manner etc.
NO HR+ should be at the front desk/Security UNLESS no other LR's/Security staff are available. HR+ should be supervising and watching/helping LR with answering questions/making sure the hallway isn't clogged up/making sure Security staff are doing their jobs properly (pref by any rank that has a Security-esque name about it), not doing the LR tasks (as how are they to be promoted if they aren't doing their one job?)
SO
My idea is that, IF ANY HR+ are seen doing their duties and actually witnessed for more than 30mins (and their online time is 3 hours+) then they should be promoted.
Leadership+ the same BUT online time should be more and the "witnessing" time should me 45mins+
I understand not EVERYONE has the internet capability/time/or the patience to stay on habbo/in base for those times or more BUT, don't forget that most of us are online everyday so ANYTHING positive you do WILL be remembered and you're hard work will NOT be forgotten about.
This is my IDEA anyway, so don't all be like "30mins!?", let's use this forum for what it was made for - to discuss such things.
BTW, I'm always getting reports and witnessing little "cliques" forming and little "bitchy" comments being thrown around. I understand not EVERYONE will love/like EVERYONE BUT, we can be professional about how we talk to one another and if there is any issues, they should be talked openly about in someone's office or discussed in a whisper at the help desks, for example.
If not, come to me and I'll knock your heads together and tell you lot to kiss and make up xD
Right, rant over. c:
