Room rights are NFS
starting from 1/11/13 room rights are not for sell. Therefore, only way to get RR in future, is to earn trust.

Changes in rank list
because co founder rank doesn't exist anymore, has founder rep rank changed to speaker of the SS (which used to be equal to founder rep) and co-founder rep to founder rep. Rank holders are still the same.

Administrative standard for LOA's
From now on administrative standard with LOA's has changed. Whenever admin or RR holder goes for LOA, his/her room rights/admins will be removed until he/she returns.

Special Visitor NFS

As you have noticed, we are growing and many special privilege (including room rights and special visitor) turns to not for sale status. So, from now on Special Visitor is granted only to founders of allies, veteran members of the Secret Service and special individuals named by foundation of the Secret Service.

Filing old topics
Brennan and forum mod's are working hard at this moment to move all old, locked topics under ''Rubbish''. Therefore we aren't deleting any topics, but moving them under different forum where forum members can read them even after 3 years from this day, if the forums are still up.
However I have to ask everyone to be more observant when you are making topics, like in spam area. For each active subjects should be one active topic, it'll ease forum mod's tasks.

New Foundation Representative
The Foundation of the Secret Service has choosed the new founders representative of the Secret Service. Congratulations to KittyLeeXH, our new Founder's rep.
This decision was easy to made and had full approval for whole foundation. Kitty is one of the most active and dedicated workers that <SS> has, she isn't interested of what <SS> can give for her, but what she can give for <SS>. That's ideal iC for <SS>, and attitude that will get her far.
On behalf of the whole foundation,
congratulations!

Strike Logs
Our strike system is serious and it should be taken very seriously. However atm we don't have strike log and therefore we can't be aware of the reasons for the strike. For good behavior strike can be removed if it's been in effect for one week already.
For now on, strikes must be logged with form (i'll add it to strike logs topic). If anyone is seen with ''x1'' and there is no log made, the strike is not in effect.

I have remade the description, especially it includes now names of all the foundation members.
Therefore @dmin rights founders used to have in the badge is taken. This is not vote of no confidence for the founders, but safety measure against the risk that some founder could get hacked and SS lost all members from main badge.
New description:
Justice, duty, courage, honesty and loyalty. This badge identifies all sections of the Secret Service. By joining to this badge you can be part of our extraordinary team. Foundation: Terroriquez, Zealing, SergentB.Clone, IAmWill and USMCCOMMANDER

New Co-Owner

I'd like to congratulate Trafalgar__ here as he is our new co owner. This promotion was very well deserved, based on his hard work and dedication for the Secret Service. Traf has done very well with all exclusive units he works with and basic tasks as overseer of MOD's.

iC ranks
Foundation ranks were changed and it has affection to some of the iC ranks aswell. Joint Founder was replaced with the rank Founder and old Founder rank was changed to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Co Founders. Old Founder Rep was changed to Co Founder Rep and old Speaker of the SS was changed to Founder Rep.
