DIC of the Secret Service operates as an adjutant to the 1st Founder. DIC has power to make quick decisions, regarding to internal and external affairs, as in: promoting, demoting, striking, policies, alliances etc. All decisions can be taken back by 1st Founder, Terroriquez
DIC has the power to make decisions when 1st founder is AFK or offline. This change wont affect to my activity by any means, I will still be around as much but in urgent matters contact to DIC, AgentSam23 when i'm not on the spot.
