As you all have noticed our Moderation unit is currently very well organized. There is only one person per one mod rank. We have limited amount of vacant ranks inside of the unit and currently we have two trial mods and six room controls. Basically our in charge ranks starts from mods. 

Leadership holds higher position than you even realize. First rank in leadership costs 550 coins. Promotions in leadership are purposely slow. Leadership is for you to show your best skills and prove yourself to be capable for iC tasks. Don't undervalue it.
