Rather than starting off as Trainer 3c after being promoted from Head of Security to the trainer division; i suggest that we should keep a 'Trainer Trainee' rank similar to the one we have in the Security and HR division.
There's a 'Training a trainer' script in the website, and in the rank list it states that a Security trainee requires training and the same went for people before becoming full HR's. Although not common, i've seen a few trainers not following the script since they didn't really know that a script existed. I'm thinking that by putting a 'Trainer trainee' rank the way they put it for the security and HR unit, it would lessen the number (although not much) of people going off script by allowing them to be trained.
So i guess that since we already have a training script, we might as well put it to use. What do you guys think? :affraid:
