I am sick and tired of "certain" MOD ranks who show no respect for anyone bar their "exclusive group" of friends and setting a very bad example for all the ranks beneath them...

I personally think that if you are not the pillar of respect in SS, then you should not hold a MOD rank. 

MOD's are supposed to be revered as the best of the best/very experienced worker/upholds the rules of SS fairly and adhere's to them at all times...

Seems standards are slacking a bit, methinks iC ranks should be a lot more severe with people that hold certain high ranks who fail to be civil/respectful/law abiding at all times. 

MOD's shouldn't need to be asked twice either... like really?

I completely agree. Actually I think that all HR+ should show that they are examples to the others especially the MoDs, their work attitude needs to be exemplary. We can't scold someone when the higher ranks are doing worse that what lower ranks did.

I do agree that all HR+'s (and mod+ especially) should give good example for others, however the right way to handle this problem isn't to post complain of them to forums and wait for compassion. You are one of the iC ranks, whoever those mod's are you should take this thing up with them and correct them on where they are doing wrong. Topic locked.
