Okay so my question is that do we really need to put our own promo tag at the back of our motto as i think it takes up to much space in the motto......??

It does help us to identify things, however i agree that some ranks are long and sometimes do not fit onto the "Motto stave"

The tag is really helpful 
cause the security can check the standard badge by searching promoter names and looking at the promoters tags.

It's quite hard to identify whose tag it is for HR- since they don't have a tag list
