It has come to my attention that over the last week or so, more and more HR's are complaining that they haven't been promoted in day(s).
You guys need to learn, that being a High ranking member of Staff comes with it's hoaxs. Promotions are not easy anymore, you're becoming Trusted staff members so until we (iC members) see you are ready to be promoted, moaning is going to get you nowhere.
Note- If i see one more HR moan about lack of promotions, you will be demoted without warning, as it's truly pathetic. Please just wait for promotions or buy them (Speak to Financial badge holders)

Oh my god. Hands down (or up) agreed. To all the HR+ that asks for promotion, they should know best about the rules. It's stated clearly, No asking for promotions. I don't know how many times they have repeated it during training. But still, they keep asking. And when I tell them they are breaking the rules and I will have to give the warnings, they get mad. And starting babbling bad things about other HRs. About how bias the higher managements are. That is completely PATHETIC!
Should I write somewhere the names of the Hr+ that asks for promotions?

Guys some of them are not signed up to this forum so they may not know,we need another way to let more hr+ know of this.......I do understand why they complaint bout not getting any promo,when they were at lower rank they must have had over promotion and they think that it will remain the same as they get higher up into the ranks,hence,the reason they complaint of not being promoted and maybe we should add this to the training script for HR

HR's should ONLY be promoted for doing HR stuff, not filling the front or the security...
UNLESS there is no other LR to fill it (LA below)
