Send and Preview buttons not showing up

The send and preview buttons arent showing up!

Hi.
This problem will be fixed soon, but I think,it's easy to recognize, that the left button is PREVIEW,and the second one is SEND.

Also note that the Mark Forums Read feature tht was available for users has been removed and id like to see if it could be brought back.
