I hope I can make it.
I don't know if its right place to write but We should talk about training room security too.
People sit there and send recruits to trainin areas and recruits are just there and wait.
Security don't go to train because they think they already do job.
I have seen that so much, so please tell one sentence about this in meeting or smth
Only one person can handle the security too at the time. So another can go to train

I appreciate you may be trying to "Plan this for Aussies" however most of our members are either UK, Singapore or US and you've made it hours that may not suite most time zones.
