Leave of Absence, also known as LOA, must be considered whenever you are leaving Habbo for certain time period. As you are promoted to higher rank, it is more important to deal your absences properly. By enforcing the LOA policy, we're making sure that no one is reserving their rank with no reason when there are more active and hard working people that deserves such rank.
Please File LOA on website AND Fill out LOA on forum with the format of:

LOA Policy:
- Whenever you are going for LOA, you must fill form properly in http://officialss.weebly.com/leave-of-absence.html - rather sooner than later.
- The maximum amount of time that you can go for LOA for is: 2 months (unless you have special permission from [1iC] to extend your LOA)
- While you are on LOA, your motto in Habbo must include your rank in SS and "[LOA]"
- The maximum time normal worker (security-leadership) can be away without LOA form is 2 weeks (14 days)
- The maximum time Senior Staff (MoD+) can be away without LOA form is 1 week (7 days)
- If you do not fill out a LOA form and are inactive for 14+ days (7+ days for MoD+) you are considered AWOL (Absents Without Leave). Once you become AWOL your badges will be removed and you will be relieved from your duties.
