Got caught -:javen:- misstakes of forgetting to write LOA form for his unactiveness 

for what he said , its quite fair for him cause of school and stuff , 

so by here i demote him from HQ Coordinator 3c 
To Special Agent , cause of he lost his badge of security and his promoter is not online 
so i will be demoting him
