Just a quick note on this subject - always make sure the person you are buying the rank from has the Financial badge

Even if he claims he is a alternate account of a iC who can sell ranks, double check with other iCs before you purchase ranks from him/her.

There is also a duplicate forum account under his name. It was banned due to saftey purposes.
