Time to bond together and take a wonderful memorable photo shoot for 2013.
After working together for so long, even though not a year yet,
it's time to take a mass picture with everyone and congratulate ourselves for making such great contributions to <SS>.
Also, take the time to bond with one another plus even make new friends, get close with each other.
There are 3 Photo Shoot Sessions, you can only attend one.
Please read everything Reporting Venue: "<SS> Events" owned by CESTBOUND
(For All Sessions)
Eligible for Photo Shoot: All HR+s
Dress Code: Smart Casual / Formal / Presentable (NO ANIMALS/MINIONS, etc)
Allowed Colors: Yellow(Compulsory Color), White & Black [You can wear either all colors or just one/2]
Any Hair Color/Skin tone is allowed.
If you would like to wear other colors, they cannot be bright colors and can only be worn as accessories.
There will have some Stylist to help you out on what is allowed and what is not.
Dress like yourself! What represents you.
ONE GENERAL RULE FOR ALL: FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF SET MEMBERS WHO ARE HELPING OUT!
Any disobedience, etc. You will be not allowed to take the photo.

Date: Sunday, 15 December
Time: 2am EST

Procedure for Mass Photo Shoot! (For All Sessions)
For example, 3pm GMT.
3pm to 3:20pm - Reporting time (For styling, organizing in terms of Rank Units, etc.)
3:15 to 3:30pm - Entering Photo Shoot Room one by one in terms of Rank Units. (Starting from Foundation)
Hopefully, by 3:30, everybody is in their position in the Photo Shoot Room and we can take the picture.
Note, you do not get the right to choose where you want to be, your rank determines that.
However, you're allowed to say who you would like to stand/sit with if he/she is on.
Procedure for Rank Unit Photo Shoot! (For Session 1 only)
Rank Unit Photo Shoot is only for Mod+ Rank Units. Leadership if there's enough people/time.
After the Mass Photo Shoot, those that are lower than Mod rank will proceed back to Waiting Room for further instructions.
In the Waiting Room, Leadership workers will be asked to stay. (May have a Leadership Rank Unit Photo Shoot.)
Those in Exclusive Units will be asked to stay as well.
Rest will either BTB or stay if asked to fill in some details, etc.
We apologize for those who are unable to be part of the Rank Unit and Exclusive Unit Photo Shoot.
However, Exclusive Units can actually arrange a time either on Saturday or Sunday to take their Photo in the Photo Shoot room.
Overseers please notify KittyLeeXH by Saturday end of Session 1 Mass Photo Shoot if you would like to arrange a time for your Exclusive Unit. Or we will just follow the plan on Saturday starting with FA, SMT, TU, DEV, AT, then SET.
